Question: How long have you been in business?
Answer: We have been in business for over 50 YEARS!
Bergfeld Recreation, Inc. has specifically concentrated on commercial playground and recreation environments since 1961! We have been there through the evolution of the recreation industry, including the changes in industry standards and safety requirements. In that time we have encountered every possibly scenario related to our trade; which means EXPERIENCE
Question: Do you provide installation services?
Answer: Absolutely!
Berfeld Recreation has professional installers to take care of vurtually ANY recreation area you need to address. From the backyard, to an entire State Park, there is NO job too big, or too small for us to handle.
Question: We have an internal department to handle installation, will you deliver only?
Answer: Whatever works best for you.
We do a great deal of business with a very diverse group of agencies, both public and private. A lot of organizations have a branch or department with the ability to handle an installation, and may only need materials for the job.
Question: How long does it take to get the equipment once I order it?
Answer: It really depends on the order.
As a rule, we tell our customers 4 - 6 weeks from placing your order. But keep in mind that many of the products we offer can be shipped to you right away. We will work with you personally to make sure you know when to expect your equipment. Call or email us with your needs, and we will be happy to get any information you need regarding how long your order may take.
Question: How do you handle shipping?
Answer: We ship all over the country
PLEASE LET US KNOW A.S.A.P.! It is hard to miss a deadline with PLENTY of notice. We are available 7 days a week so please give us a call and we can estimate the cost, and time frame based on what you need, and where you are located.
Question: Can you get me an official quote, or bid to submit?
Answer: Just let us know what you need, and we will get it for you.
We understand that a lot of agencies or organizations require official submissions for even the smallest improvements; so we are happy to mail, fax or e-mail whatever you need for your agencie's process.
